1. Using this website

This website is provided to share information about Wright's Honeybees and to make it easy to get in touch with us. You may browse it freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with how it works, or use it to send unlawful or abusive messages.

2. Product information

Descriptions, illustrations, and images on this website are for general information only. Honey is a natural product, and its color, flavor, texture, and tendency to crystallize can vary from batch to batch. Nothing on this website is intended as medical or nutritional advice.

3. Availability

Our honey is produced in limited quantities and availability changes with the season. All product information on this website is subject to availability, which we confirm with you by email before any order is final.

4. Order inquiries are not confirmed purchases

Sending an inquiry through the “Order Our Honey” form or by email is a request, not a completed purchase. An order exists only once we have replied to confirm the quantity, the total price, and the arrangements for you to receive your honey. We may decline or limit an order at our discretion, for example when a batch is sold out.

5. Pricing

A 1/2 pint is $15 and a pint is $25. Prices shown here are current and can change. If we confirm a different total with you by email, that confirmed total is the one that applies.

6. Payment

Pay when you pick up. Put cash in the drop box on the front porch, or send Zelle to (702) 469-7741. Please send Zelle only to that number, or to instructions you receive directly from us at [email protected]. This website does not process payments or collect payment information.

7. Fulfillment

Honey is picked up on the front porch at 4995 N Eula St, Las Vegas, NV. If you need a different arrangement, email us and we will confirm it with you before you pay.

8. Intellectual property

The Wright's Honeybees name, bee logo, illustrations, text, and design of this website belong to Wright's Honeybees unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Linking to this website is welcome.

9. Third-party services

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, and email correspondence is handled through Google (Gmail) and your own email provider. Those services are governed by their own terms. Zelle payments are governed by the terms of your financial institution and the Zelle network.

10. Limitations

We provide this website “as is” and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wright's Honeybees is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited by agreement.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
